Describe what you can see.
Tell us whether the casing is dented, cracked or opened, and whether anything appears missing. Include an overall photograph and a clear view of the affected area without opening or dismantling the converter further.
If you believe the unit is empty or incomplete, say so. Acceptance and any value need to be discussed after assessment; a photograph is not a guaranteed offer.

Keep the unit intact. Do not cut it open or disturb loose internal material to obtain a photograph. If it is still on a vehicle, ask a qualified professional about safe removal.
