Graded. Explained. Agreed. Paid.

You should understand the process before you start. Here’s what to prepare, what happens at grading and when payment is arranged.

Every converter has a next chapter.

Four steps. No guesswork.

01

Send the details

Share the quantity, visible codes, photographs and your postcode. Say if the converter is damaged, incomplete or still fitted to a vehicle. Ask a qualified professional about removal; keep any already removed unit intact.

02

Agree the practical arrangements

Discuss your enquiry with Roger or Richard. Visits and any collection arrangements are agreed in advance. Confirm the location, timing and information you need to bring before travelling.

03

See the grade. Decide on the offer.

We grade the converter itself, explain the assessment and confirm the purchase offer. A photo enquiry is a starting point. You decide whether to accept the offer after grading.

04

Agreed and paid

Once you accept the offer and the required identity checks are complete, we arrange immediate bank payment. The time it appears in your account can depend on your bank.

Before your appointment.

  • Keep converters intact and note any visible codes.
  • Have information about where the converters came from.
  • Ask which identity and address documents to bring.
  • Confirm how your bank payment details will be provided.
  • Check the agreed time and location before setting off.
