Show the complete casing and its attached pipes. Leave a little space around it so nothing is cropped out.

Take a close-up of any letters or numbers you can safely see on the casing. Code positions vary, so this drawing is only an example.

Both ends, where visible

Your whole-converter photo may show one end already. Use another safe angle to show the other, without cutting or opening the casing.

Can’t find a readable code?

Leave the reference code blank and send a photo of what you can safely see. Don’t guess a code or dismantle the converter to look for one. The word “EXAMPLE” above is just an illustration.

Keep the photo about the converter.

Keep ID, bank statements and payment details out of your pictures. Upload JPG, PNG or WebP files, each no larger than 5 MB. If something is hard to show, tell us in your enquiry message.
