Visible markings
Photograph the code, logos or other markings clearly. Include an overall view so a close-up can be matched to the right unit.
A vehicle model alone cannot identify every converter fitted to it. The markings and condition of the actual unit make your enquiry more useful.

An original equipment converter was supplied for the vehicle by its manufacturer. An aftermarket converter is a replacement supplied outside that original equipment channel. A vehicle may have had parts replaced during its life, so its registration or model alone does not establish which converter you have.
Describe what you know and photograph the visible markings. You do not need to decide the category yourself before contacting us.

Tell us what you know about the vehicle and whether the converter was previously replaced. If you do not know, simply say so.
The identity and condition of the actual converter matter. We confirm the offer after grading rather than assigning a value from the vehicle model alone.
Not sure what you have? Send a photograph and ask. A missing or unfamiliar marking does not need to stop you starting an enquiry.
